'it is a worldwide competition: everybody can work everybody'. Bands: '160, 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters ... on both CW and SSB modes.' Exchange: international stations send RS(T) and ITU Zone, Croatian stations RS(T) and their county abbreviation. Points run on a distance-and-band table -- 9A stations score 1/4/2/10/8/6 and others 10/6/6/3/2/1 depending on band and correspondent -- with 2 extra points per QSO made between 23:00 and 04:59 UTC. Categories: QRP 5 W, LP 100 W, otherwise up to 1500 W. 'The log deadline time is 8 days after the contest end'."
