SUMMARY:Bill Windle QSO Party (unverified)
DESCRIPTION:Sponsor: FOC\nModes: Mixed\nBands: not yet read off the sponsor
 's own rules\nDuration: 23h 59m\nExchange: RST\, name and FOC number (non-
members: RST and name).\nLogs due: 2026-10-03\nNote: Bands: All bands exce
pt the WARC bands\; the rules text 'from 015 to 040kHz on all bands' looks
garbled\, so bands are left unrecorded. FOC itself says this is 'not a c
ontest' (an activity day) yet ranks QSO counts per continent\, so it is li
sted as the sponsor's event rather than a scored contest. No recurrence ru
le is written\; the page lists dates per year (earlier years back to 2011
are published but only 2022-2026 are encoded). No mode is stated (the call
is 'CQ BW')\, so Mixed is recorded as 'any'\; bands are not cleanly state
d.\nUNVERIFIED: these dates have not yet been checked against the sponsor'
s own published rules. Confirm before you rely on them.\nRules: https://ww
