SUMMARY:PACC Contest
DESCRIPTION:Sponsor: VERON\nModes: CW\, SSB\nBands: 160m\, 80m\, 40m\, 20m\
 , 15m\, 10m\nDuration: 24h\nExchange: Dutch (PA) stations send a signal re
port + their two-letter province code\; all other stations send RST + a se
rial number.\nLogs due: 2027-02-19\nNote: The stated deadline instant (20
February 23:59 UTC) is the right date for the five-day period VERON states
but 23:59 rather than the 12:00 that end-plus-5-days gives\; the interval
is what the rules call the rule\, so the interval is encoded. As of 2026-
08-18 veron.nl's rules link still served the 2026 edition while the site's
  front page advertised 2027.\nRules: https://veron.nl/vereniging/commissie
