SUMMARY:SARL QRP Contest (Summer leg)
DESCRIPTION:Sponsor: SARL\nModes: SSB\, CW\nBands: 40m\, 20m\, 10m\nBand no
te: 40m\, 20m and 10m\, any of them at any time during the contest. QRP ca
 lling frequencies 7.090\, 14.285 and 28.360 MHz are suggested.\nDuration:
2h\nExchange: Realistic RS(T)\, 6-character grid square and transmit power
in watts (for example 57\, KG33uk\, 10).\nNote: The summer leg is the Jan
uary one -- the seasons are southern hemisphere\, so January is summer. On
e of SARL's four named QRP legs. They are four records rather than one bec
ause SARL names four legs by season and they do not share a clock: the Sum
mer and Winter legs run 07:00-09:00 UTC and the Autumn and Spring legs 13:
30-15:30\, so no single start/end pair covers them. Grouping the two pairs
by their times would have been this catalog inventing a structure SARL do
es not use. log_format and log_deadline_days are absent: this pass read ea
ch contest's Aim\, Dates\, Frequencies and Exchange sections and did not r
ead its Log Sheets section\, so neither is recorded rather than assumed fr
 om SARL's other contests.\nRules: https://mysarl.org.za/wp-content/uploads
