SUMMARY:EA PSK63 Contest
DESCRIPTION:Sponsor: URE\nModes: Digital (BPSK63)\nBands: 80m\, 40m\, 20m\,
  15m\, 10m\nDuration: 23h 59m\nExchange: Spanish stations send RSQ + their
province abbreviation\; the rest of the world sends RSQ + a serial number
starting with 001.\nLogs due: 2027-03-29\nNote: URE says 'segundo fin de
semana'\, not 'segundo fin de semana completo'. The two readings cannot di
verge at n = 2 -- the second Saturday of a month is at most the 14th\, so
its Sunday is always in the same month -- so no choice between them was ne
 eded.\nRules: https://concursos.ure.es/en/eapsk63/bases/
