ARSI QRP-Day Contest
India's QRP day: five watts, or ten on SSB, across a weekend on four HF bands, with homebrew equipment encouraged.
Rules at arsi.infoThe rules are the sponsor's. This page holds the dates and the facts.
When it runs
Dates set by the sponsor each year (no derivable rule)
- 0530Z → 1159Z the next day
Times are UTC, as the sponsor states them.
The sponsor announces these dates a year at a time and there is no rule to derive, so this calendar holds only the years they have published: 2026.
Next runnings
The sponsor sets this date each year rather than by a rule, and has published through 2026. Years they have not announced are absent rather than guessed.

- What the source says
arsi.info/qrp-contest/: 'Date : 27th - 28th June 2026. Duration : Sat 27th Jun 5:30 UTC to Sun 28th Jun 11:59:59 UTC (Sat 11:00 IST to Sun 17:29:59 IST).' 'Important : The operators have to strictly adhere to their emission mode in accordance to their category of license and power output should not exceed 5 Watts (10W in case of SSB).' 'HF Bands : 40, 20, 15, 10 M. Categories : CW, SSB, Digital or Mixed. In Digital; MSHV or FH (multi streaming software) is strictly not allowed.' 'This event is open to all Radio Amateurs in India possessing valid license.'
- Recorded caveats
- Thirty and a half hours, which is unusual: it opens 05:30 UTC on the Saturday and closes 11:59 UTC on the Sunday. ARSI states both UTC and IST and they agree. The power ceiling differs by mode -- 5 W, or 10 W on SSB -- so both are recorded as categories. ARSI PUBLISHES DATES, NOT A RECURRENCE. Every one of its contest pages opens with the year's dates and states no rule anywhere -- no 'annually on', no ordinal weekend. So all five records are manual and hold exactly the 2026 editions ARSI published. Fitting an ordinal to one date would be inventing a rule ARSI has not written, and Asia is thin enough that the temptation is worth naming.
Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Subscribe (iCal)This record as JSON
Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=arsi-qrp-day
Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
