Classic Exchange (Phone)
A vintage-and-classic-gear exchange: you send the make and model of your receiver and transmitter. Two 18-hour sessions in each mode.
Rules at classicexchange.orgThe rules are the sponsor's. This page holds the dates and the facts.
When it runs
Dates set by the sponsor each year (no derivable rule)
- 1400Z → 0800Z the next day
Times are UTC, as the sponsor states them.
The sponsor announces these dates a year at a time and there is no rule to derive, so this calendar holds only the years they have published: 2026.

Where this comes from
- Checked against the sponsor
- Yes. The rule on this page was read off Classic Exchange's own published rules. Link last confirmed 2026-10-15.
- What the source says
classicexchange.org 'Fall 2026 CX Rules' (Rev 1, 21 Jan 26), the 50th anniversary edition: Phone sessions Sunday 15 Nov 1400Z to Monday 0800Z and Tuesday 17 Nov 1400Z to Wednesday 0800Z. Read 2026-10-15.
- Recorded caveats
- DATES ARE STATED PER EDITION; THE SPONSOR PUBLISHES NO RECURRENCE RULE. Only the dates the sponsor has actually published are encoded (2026-11-15, 2026-11-17); a year it has not announced yields nothing rather than a guess. If a stated rule turns up, this record upgrades from manual. Two sessions per running (Sunday and Tuesday). A Winter edition exists but its dates were not read, so none are recorded. Logs due 15 Dec 2026 to logs@classicexchange.org; the deadline is not a fixed offset so it is not encoded.
Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON
Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.
Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=classic-exchange-phone
Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
