DARC Ausbildungscontest
Two and a half hours on 80 and 40 m for newcomers on training callsigns, with everyone else there to work them.
Rules at darc.deThe rules are the sponsor's. This page holds the dates and the facts.
When it runs
Dates set by the sponsor each year (no derivable rule)
- 1200Z → 1429Z
Times are UTC, as the sponsor states them.
The sponsor announces these dates a year at a time and there is no rule to derive, so this calendar holds only the years they have published: 2026.

Where this comes from
- Checked against the sponsor
- Yes. The rule on this page was read off DARC's own published rules. Link last confirmed 2026-08-23.
- What the source says
darc.de/der-club/referate/conteste/ausbildungscontest/ac-ausschreibung/, DARC's own Ausschreibung. 80 m and 40 m, SSB and CW. Three categories: 'Einsteiger' -- stations with a training callsign (DN1-8, or a personal callsign with a /T suffix) or an entry-level DO licence -- 'Fortgeschrittene' for other German stations, and foreign stations. Exchange as for the Ostercontest. Date and time from DARC's own 'Termine DARC KW Conteste 2026' table at darc.de/der-club/referate/conteste/darc-kw-conteste/kw-conteste/: 17.10.2026, 1200-1429 UTC. Checked 2026-08-23.
- Recorded caveats
- A TRAINING CONTEST, AND THE CATEGORIES ARE THE POINT: newcomers on training callsigns are placed against each other rather than against experienced stations, and everyone else is there to give them contacts. MANUAL BECAUSE DARC STATES NO RECURRENCE for it. 17 October 2026 is the third Saturday, which is the kind of coincidence that invites an ordinal, and one date cannot support one. A second year's table settles it.
Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON
Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.
Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=darc-ausbildungscontest
Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
