- What the source says
yodx.ro/rules.php, the Romanian Radio Amateur Federation's own rules. English edition, '3. Date and Time: The contest is held during the fourth full weekend of August: Saturday 12:00:00 UTC - Sunday 11:59:59 UTC (24 hours).' Romanian edition: 'Al patrulea weekend intreg al lunii August: / Sambata 12:00:00 UTC - Duminica 11:59:59 UTC (24 de ore in total).' 4.1 restricts operation to 3.5-28 MHz excluding the WARC bands. 5.1: non-YO stations send RS(T) and a serial from 001; 5.2.1: YO stations send RS(T) and their county. 6: 8 points for a YO station, 4 to another continent, 2 within one's own continent, 1 within one's own DXCC entity, and YO-YO contacts score 0. 12.1: 'All logs must be submitted to the contest organizers within 7 (seven) days from the end of the competition.' Cabrillo to logs@yodx.ro. Second source, published separately by the organisers on yodx.ro: '22-23 August 2026, de sambata de la 12:00:00 UTC pana duminica la 11:59:59 UTC.'
- Recorded caveats
- August 2026 is the year that separates the readings: 1 August is a Saturday, so the month has five full weekends (1-2, 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30) and the fourth is 22-23 August while the last is 29-30. The organisers' own 2026 announcement says 22-23, which is the fourth. CONTRADICTION, recorded not reconciled: an older FRR rules PDF on hamradio.ro says 'Ultimul weekend intreg al lunii August' (the LAST full weekend of August), which would give 29-30. The current yodx.ro rules and FRR's own 2026 announcement agree on the fourth, so that is what is encoded. Observation: the Romanian page leaks '[cite: 9]' markers into its text, which suggests it was assembled by a tool; the wording still matches the English edition.
Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON
Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.
Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=frr-yo-dx-hf
Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
