LRMD · LT
Lithuanian Mobile and Portable Championship (WAL Contest)
Three hourly rounds on 80m chasing mobile and portable stations across Lithuania's WAL squares, where a mobile crossing a square line counts as a new station.
Rules at lrmd.ltThe rules are the sponsor's. This page holds the dates and the facts.
When it runs
Dates set by the sponsor each year (no derivable rule)
- 0600Z → 0859Z
Times are UTC, as the sponsor states them.
The sponsor announces these dates a year at a time and there is no rule to derive, so this calendar holds only the years they have published: 2026.
Next runnings
The sponsor sets this date each year rather than by a rule, and has published through 2026. Years they have not announced are absent rather than guessed.

- What the source says
lrmd.lt/mobiliuju-portabiliuju/, 'Lietuvos mobiliuju-portabiliuju radijo stociu cempionatas'. 'Laikas: 2026 m. birzelio 06 d. (sestadieni), 06:00-08:59 UTC (09.00-11.59 val. Lietuvos laiku).' (Time: Saturday 6 June 2026, 06:00-08:59 UTC, which is 09:00-11:59 Lithuanian time.) 'Daznai: 3530-3600 kHz CW ir 3600-3700 kHz SSB/CW', with 3600-3610 kHz reserved for mobile CQ calls. 'Spinduliuotes galia: ne daugiau 100 W.' 'Dalyviai: Lietuvoje ir kitose salyse licenzijuoti radijo megejai ir stebetojai, isskyrus dalyvius is saliu agresoriu, t.y. Rusijos Federacijos ir Baltarusijos Respublikos.' 'Eiga: varzybos vyksta trimis turais 06.00-06.59, 07.00-07.59 ir 08.00-08.59 UTC' -- one CW and one SSB QSO with each correspondent per round, and a mobile that changes WAL square becomes a new correspondent. 'Kontroliniai numeriai: RS(T) ir WAL kvadratas Lietuvoje dirbancioms radijo stotims (599A18). Kitose salyse dirbancios radijo stotys perduoda RS(T) ir raides DX (599DX).' Points: 1 for a fixed station, 3 for portable (/p), 5 for mobile (/m) and 1 for a foreign station. Classes M, P, S, K, SWL and KL, with at least ten correspondents needed to be classified. 'ataskaitos CABRILLO formatu turetu buti issiustos, ne veliau kaip per dvi savaites po varzybu, elektroniniu pastu walcontest@lrmd.lt'
- Recorded caveats
- LRMD states this one as a date, not a rule -- 'Laikas: 2026 m. birzelio 06 d. (sestadieni)' -- so the record is manual and covers 2026 only. The times are given in UTC first with Lithuanian local time in brackets, so there is no wall-clock question here, unlike the neighbouring Baltic contests. The three hourly rounds are a scoring device inside one continuous span.
Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.
Take it with you
Subscribe (iCal)This record as JSON
Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=lrmd-wal
Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
