Where this comes from

Checked against the sponsor
Yes. The rule on this page was read off NZART's own published rules. Link last confirmed 2026-08-17.
What the source says
nzart.org.nz (NZART Memorial Contest rules): 'First Saturday in July each year 0800 - 1100 UTC (2000 - 2300 NZST) Three one-hour operating periods.' Band: '80m only - A station may be contacted twice during each operating period - once on SSB and once on CW'. Mode categories: 'Mixed mode - SSB and CW', 'CW only', 'SSB only'. Power: 'Open - 100W maximum CW/SSB' and 'QRP - 5W CW/10W SSB maximum'. Exchange as quoted. Checked against the date NZART prints on the same page: 'The next Memorial Contest date is Saturday 4th July 2026', and the first Saturday in July 2026 is July 4.
Recorded caveats
Held every year since 1946 for the New Zealand amateurs who died in the Second World War. Three one-hour periods; a station may be worked once per period on each of SSB and CW. The QRP category is '5W CW/10W SSB maximum'. The log deadline is a fixed date, 'Logs must arrive no later than 31 July', not an interval, so none is computed; logs go to contests@nzart.org.nz.

Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON

Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.

Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=nzart-memorial-contest

Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
