Where this comes from

Checked against the sponsor
Yes. The rule on this page was read off ÖVSV's own published rules. Link last confirmed 2026-08-19.
What the source says
oevsv.at Regeln AOEE 80/40m 2026 (PDF). '2. TERMIN: 1. Mai 2026'. '3. ZEIT: 1. Periode 0500 - 0800 UTC entspricht 0700 - 1000 MESZ / 2. Periode 1400 - 1700 UTC entspricht 1600 - 1900 MESZ' (1st period 0500-0800 UTC = 0700-1000 CEST; 2nd period 1400-1700 UTC = 1600-1900 CEST). 1 Teilnahmeberechtigt: stations transmitting from Austria, including guest and CEPT licences. 4 Frequenzen: CW 3.510-3.560 and 7.000-7.040 MHz; SSB 3.600-3.650, 3.700-3.800 and 7.060-7.100, 7.130-7.200 MHz. 5 Betriebsarten: CW und SSB. 7 Kontrollnummer: RS(T) plus Bezirkskenner. 9 Klassen: LP up to 100 W, HP over 100 W, plus MIX and Newcomer. 14 Einsendeschluss: '08. MAI 2026 23:59 Uhr MESZ'. Second source, published separately by OEVSV: the HF-Referat page says 'Unter anderem wird die Notfunk-Uebung All Austrian Exercise AOEE 80/40m am 1. Mai ... durchgefuehrt.'
Recorded caveats
An emergency-communications exercise run as a contest, on a fixed calendar date rather than a weekend rule. Two periods with six hours between them, encoded as sessions. The log deadline is a stated instant -- 8 May 2026, 23:59 CEST -- and not an interval from the end of the contest (the second period ends 17:00 UTC, and seven days later is 19:00 CEST), so it is recorded here rather than as log_deadline_days.

Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON

Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.

Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=oevsv-aoee-80-40

Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
