Where this comes from
- Checked against the sponsor
- unverified — these dates have not yet been checked against RTTYops's own page. Treat the sponsor's rules as authoritative.
- What the source says
rttyops.com SCRY rules: 'In 2027, the last weekend of August, 1th session 27th to 28th August & 2nd session 29th August 2027 Period 1: 22:00 UTC Friday to 12:00 Saturday; Period 2: 12:00 UTC Sunday to 23:59 Sunday'. Future dates listed: 2028 25th-27th August, 2029 24th-26th August. All three fit the last full weekend of August with the Friday evening start. RTTY (Baudot, 45 baud) on 160-10 m without WARC; exchange RST plus the year of first licence; Cabrillo logs within 7 days. Read 2026-10-15.
- Recorded caveats
- The rules page still carries 2021-era boilerplate (a licence-year range ending 2021) beside the updated 2027-2029 dates, so the page is not fully maintained. Dates fit one rule across three years but the sponsor states no recurrence rule; re-read the next edition.
Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON
Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.
Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=scry-ww-rtty
Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
