V: four 30-minute rounds; 'Vykhidna potuzhnist peredavacha dlya vsikh uchasnykiv ne bilshe 100 Vatt. Vyd vyprominyuvannya TELEHRAF (CW).' Recommended frequencies 3.510-3.560 and 7.010-7.040 MHz. IV: entry is for operators of collective and individual stations representing the oblasts of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv. Exchange and scoring are as in the championships: oblast plus serial, 2 points per QSO and 5 per new oblast per band per round. 'Krayniy termin podachi zvitu - 7 dib pislya zakinchennya zmahan. Recorded caveats: Unlike UARL's championships, this reglament states the times in UT first and gives Kyiv time in brackets, so the record is plain UTC with no wall_clock. The deadline is checkable against UARL's own arithmetic: 10 May plus seven days is 17 May 2026, which is the date the reglament prints. Manual dates for 2026 only -- UARL publishes a year at a time, not a rule.
