Where this comes from
- Checked against the sponsor
- Yes. The rule on this page was read off UBA's own published rules. Link last confirmed 2026-08-18.
- What the source says
uba.be/en/hf/contest-rules/uba-dx-contest, 'UBA DX Contest 2026', 2 - Periods: 'SSB - January 31 - February 1, 2026 (starts every year on the last Saturday of January).' and 'From 13:00 UTC on Saturday to 13:00 UTC on Sunday.' 4 - Bands: 'Bands to be used: 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters.' 5 - Contest call and exchange as quoted in the exchange field. Power: 'High Power more than 100 Watts output. Low Power maximum 100 Watts output. QRP SSB maximum 10 Watts output, CW maximum 5 Watts output.' Deadline: 'The deadline for submitting logs is 7 days. For SSB 8 February 23:59 UTC / For CW 8 March 23:59 UTC'.
- Recorded caveats
- LAST SATURDAY, NOT LAST FULL WEEKEND, and UBA's own 2026 dates are what settle it: 31 January 2026 is a Saturday and 1 February is a Sunday, so the last full weekend of January 2026 would be 24-25 January. UBA published 31 January - 1 February, which only the last-Saturday reading produces. The QRP figure recorded here is the SSB one; UBA's rule is 'QRP SSB maximum 10 Watts output, CW maximum 5 Watts output.' The stated deadline instants (SSB 8 February 23:59 UTC, CW 8 March 23:59 UTC) are the right dates for a 7-day interval but 23:59 rather than the 13:00 that end-plus-7-days gives; the interval is what UBA states as the rule, so it is what is encoded.
Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON
Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.
Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=uba-dx-ssb
Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
