URC DX RTTY Contest

A one-day RTTY contest on the first Friday of October where the exchange is a territory code rather than a zone, so every region of a big country is a separate multiplier.

What the source says
unicomradio.com/urc-dx-rtty-contest: 'The URC DX RTTY Contest will take place annually on the first Friday of October. The contest runs from 00:00:01 UTC to 23:59:59 UTC on the following dates: October 3, 2025; October 2, 2026; October 1, 2027; October 6, 2028; October 5, 2029.' Every listed date is the first Friday of October. RTTY 45.45 baud on 160-10 m (no WARC). Categories SOAB-HP, SOAB-LP (100 W), MOST. Cabrillo logs within 5 days. Verified 2026-10-15.
Recorded caveats
The sponsor is a radio retailer's club and the event began in 2024, so the rule rests on the sponsor's own five-year date list rather than a long history.

Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON

Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.

Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=urc-dx-rtty

Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
