- Checked against the sponsor
- Yes. The rule on this page was read off USKA's own published rules. Link last confirmed 2026-08-19.
- What the source says
uska.ch Reglement fuer den Weihnachtswettbewerb, Ausgabe Mai 2026. 2.1 Datum und Zeit: 'SSB: Erster Samstag im Dezember, 07:00 bis 09:59 UTC / CW: Zweiter Samstag im Dezember, 07:00 bis 09:59 UTC / Digital: Erster und zweiter Samstag im Dezember, 10:00 bis 10:59 UTC.' (SSB: first Saturday in December; CW: second Saturday in December, both 07:00-09:59 UTC; Digital: first and second Saturday in December, 10:00-10:59 UTC.) 2.4 Baender: '80 m und 40 m'. 2.5 Kontrollaustausch: RS(T) and the canton abbreviation. Cabrillo Tag fuer RTTY = RY, bzw. PSK31, PSK63, FT4 und FT8 = DG' (Digital means modes such as RTTY, PSK31, PSK63, FT4 and FT8; the Cabrillo tag for RTTY is RY, and DG for PSK31, PSK63, FT4 and FT8). USKA's own KW-Contest page (uska.ch/kw-contest/) prints the 2026 dates separately from the Reglemente: Helvetia 25.-26. April, Field Day 6.-7. Juni and 5.-6. September, NMD 19. Juli, Weihnachtswettbewerb 5. und 12. Dezember. Every one of them is reproduced by the encoded rule.
- Recorded caveats
- USKA runs the Weihnachtswettbewerb on two Saturdays, and each Saturday is a phone-or-CW morning followed by a separate digital hour. This record is the second Saturday: CW 07:00-09:59 UTC and digital 10:00-10:59 UTC, encoded as two sessions because the hour between them is not part of the contest. The two Saturdays are two records because they are different modes, not two legs of one event. The first Saturday of December 2026 is the 5th and the second the 12th, the dates USKA's KW-Contest page prints. USKA states no log deadline in this Reglement -- the other three KW Reglemente all say 'innert 8 Tagen' and this one says nothing at all -- so no interval is encoded rather than one borrowed from its siblings.
Something wrong? How to report it — a link to the sponsor's own page is all it takes.

Add to Google CalendarSubscribe (iCal)This record as JSON
Add to Google Calendar puts the next running in as a single event. It is one event, not a subscription — come back for the one after it, or use the feed below.
Subscribe (iCal) carries this contest's runnings for the next twelve months as UTC instants and keeps them current. Apple Calendar, Outlook and Thunderbird take this address directly. Its identifiers are stable across deploys, so re-subscribing does not duplicate anything: https://contestclock.com/api/ics?id=uska-weihnachtswettbewerb-cw
Google has no working one-click subscribe. Paste that address into Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Google then polls it on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours, and that cannot be forced — so use Add to Google Calendar above if you want the next running in your calendar now.
